Marketing Committee
Promote and raise awareness of CYP!
Our marketing committee collaborates with our other committees to publish information on our calendars, website, social media platforms, and SMS text platform. They also assist in designing signage, displays, t-shirts, and other CYP media.

Membership Committee
Promote CYP to new and current members!
Our membership committee communicates the value of a CYP membership and gets to know new members of the organization. They gain knowledge of a new member’s interests in order to facilitate possible further involvement in one of our other committees.

The membership committee welcomes new members at events, follows up with sign-ups online, gains a better understanding of what members would like from CYP, and helps facilitate involvement or further organizational development.
​

Outreach Committee
Provide civic community involvement!
The Outreach Committee is committed to developing relationships with other non-profits and seeing how we can collectively make our community a better place.

The committee features events like United Way Fill the Bus, Food Drives, Valley Meadows Park Cleanup, Salvation Army Ringing of the Bells, and more.

Social Committee
Plan and organize social events!

The Social Committee is responsible for planning the monthly CYP Final Fridays, Mid-Month Mixer Social, annual meeting, and the annual picnic.

Sports Committee
Plan and organize sports leagues and single-day tournaments!
​
The Sports Committee plans various leagues throughout the year based on popularity and availability of venues. Our leagues include Walleyball, Cornhole, Volleyball, Kickball & Ultimate Frisbee. We run single-day tournaments that include golf scrambles and dodgeball.
